Skills Library

Run your business like an AI workspace. $99 once. Updates forever.

Eighteen battle-tested skills for Claude Code and Claude Cowork, grouped into eleven categories. The same library I use every day to run lead gen, outbound, follow-ups, content, the second brain, and web design. Drop them into your workspace, plug in your accounts, and ship.

One-time payment. Every future skill update lands automatically in your workspace.

What's inside

Eleven categories. Eighteen skills. One library.

Click any card to see what it does and what it costs to run. All eighteen skills share one args layer: set your accounts once, every skill picks them up.

The meta-layer

The system that audits itself.

Most skill libraries are a folder of prompts. This one ships with the tools I use to keep the library running and client-ready.

01

Workspace Health Check.

Scores every skill across 11 criteria: documentation, connectors, cross-runtime readiness. Renders as a live HTML report. Reruns in seconds when something changes.

02

Make a Skill Client-Ready.

Scans your skills for your own email, brand domain, and booking URL. Flags anything that would leak to a client. Outputs a clean adapted copy you can hand over.

03

Compatibility Smoke Test.

Boots a fresh Claude session against your workspace and verifies every skill still loads clean. Catches broken connectors before your client does.

These tools run on your workspace. Starter templates are included so everything boots clean on day one.

Why most people building their own AI workspace stall out

Three failure modes show up over and over. Every skill in this library was built to fix one of them.

01

They install thirty tools and forget which does what.

Outreach in Instantly. Content in Notion. Follow-ups in Zapier. Nothing talks. Every tool has a separate login and a monthly bill.

Fix

One workspace. Plain-text skills you can read and change. Wire each connector once in the args layer and every skill picks it up.

02

The workflow only works the day they built it.

Works Monday. Broken Friday. Something changed under the hood and there is nothing to point at. Half a day gone trying to remember how it was wired.

Fix

When something breaks, you see exactly where. When a login expires, you know which file to update. Updates ship from the workspace I run daily, so my pain becomes your patch.

03

They buy prompt packs and outgrow them in a week.

Static markdown files. No connectors. No way to evolve. The author shipped once and disappeared.

Fix

A living library, not a snapshot. New skills get added. Existing skills get model upgrades and new connectors. Run marketplace update and you're current.

The payoff

What you actually get back

Five outcomes, from skills running in production every day.

  1. 01

    A day a week back.

Follow-up scans Instantly, Gmail, LinkedIn DMs, and call transcripts every morning. Lead engine sources verified contacts while you do other work. You stop being the bottleneck.

    follow-up + lead-engine
  2. 02

    Pipeline that fills itself.

750 to 1,000 verified leads per pilot wave, dropped straight into Instantly. On a clean list with the right offer: 10 to 30 booked calls a month.

    lead-engine + instantly-campaigns
  3. 03

YouTube thumbnail in under 5 minutes.

Four concepts in parallel. Your real face composited on AI backgrounds. Around $0.28 per run. No Photoshop needed.

  4. 04

Content shipped without you logging in.

Trending topics turn into voice-matched posts, scheduled through Typefully. LinkedIn, X, newsletter. No copy-paste.

    content-engine
  5. 05

    A second brain that compounds.

Pulls from your YouTube channels and vendor blogs into your Obsidian vault weekly. Call transcripts get ingested too. Every search gets faster over time.

The shape of it

How this is different

These are not GPTs. Not Zapier templates. Not another SaaS dashboard. They are skills: plain-text files and small helper scripts that run inside your own Claude Code or Claude Cowork. You can read them, change them, fork them.

  • No usage tax. Your Anthropic subscription covers the AI. You connect the tools you already use.
  • Your data, your machine. Skills run locally against your accounts. If I disappear tomorrow, everything you installed keeps working.
  • Paid once, updated forever. Updates ship from the workspace I run every day. When something breaks or a better pattern proves itself, the fix lands in your repo. Run one command and you're current.
